Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

As you may know, I am not a fan of salads. Especially salads at restaurants. Why? They are always loaded with sugary unhealthy salad dressing. I might as well enjoy some tacos instead! That being said, at home I’ve been looking for ways to rekindle (well maybe ignite) my love for salads. My goal was to create some delicious dressings that will not overpower, but compliment my salad. I also want something quick and easy, that I don’t need a million ingredients for, and can whip up in a few minutes. I want a salad dressing that would pair nicely with all my salad toppings, may it be vegetables, fruit, cheese or anything. But then came my dilemma, how do I create a creamy, yet healthy salad?

Well let me introduce you to our Avocado Salad Dressing!

The best part about this dressing?

It is vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, and uses ingredients most commonly found in your pantry! It is healthy, it is delicious, and it is satisfying.

It is honestly the best ever. You can satisfy anyone with this salad dressing, even a picky salad eater like me.

So if you are looking for a healthier creamy like texture salad dressing alternative, this is it!
